Happiness can be elusive, especially when we seek it outside of ourselves. At times of difficulty in life, it’s important to find happiness within. When we cultivate inner harmony, we create happiness.
My guest on this episode is Elliott Robertson, Happiness Coach and the author of “Say Yes to Life: Seven Keys to Living Full Out from Within.” He shares his journey from bitterness, low self-esteem, and jealousy as a youth, to a more positive direction.
According to Elliott, when we chase happiness, it eludes us, but when we are grateful for our true essence, happiness shows up. When we celebrate who we are, we honor the divinity within us.
While it’s wonderful to be happy for a reason, the goal is to be happy for no reason!
